If I call you “Absoluetly CRAZY!” that means that “I love you and Mother Russia so much!”

If I write “Playing with FIRE!” that means “To go ahead and launch attacks.  Our resupplies to Ukraine have been delayed.”

If I say “Vladimir STOP!” that means that “I have it on good authority that your latest operation will not succeed, don’t proceed.”

“Let’s get the Piece Deal DONE!” means “Make sure that you don’t forget about me when you eventually take over Ukraine.  I still need those minerals over there.”

“Absolutely consider further sanctions” means that “I am trying very hard to get the sanctions against you lifted.”

These are just a few I wanted to clear up because I thought I had been sending the right codes and everything but that Voldemort, he is a tricksy one, precious.  Now that I think I have been exposed he may not communicate Ukraine’s true intentions and I may not have the best intel to pass along.  Don’t worry, we’ll get through this together, loyal asset to handler.  I SERVE THE SOVIET UNION!
